Despite what other critics think, this movie is really good. It’s very entertaining and keeps you interested from beginning to end. It has a great plot and most of all I just loved the compassion displayed by Taraji P. Henson‘s character, she really played her role. I’ve seen Oscar winning movies that can’t hold a candle against Proud Mary, let alone hold your interest past the first few slides. I’m not suggesting that Proud Mary deserves an Oscar but it sure does give some of those Oscar winning movies a run for their money. JMHO
