Despite the other kids representing the ‘future generations’, they fail at Willys tasks, whereas Charlie, who represents the dying qualities of kindness, fairness, and SWAG, is able to win Willys competition. Thus, it is a commentary on class, and how the rich aren’t necessarily the happiest, or good people, and this is what the world is devolving into.
