this book is complete time waste and here is why {1} this book mostly talk about technology and computer stuff so its hard and boring for the people dont have strong teck knowledge {2} the auther only tells you the story of people no practicality how to focous only bulshit (just buy atomic habit) {3] ironically this book is a noval not a selfhelf book {4} this book waste my money and most important my time {5} this book have 296 page if i summurise only 9 to 12 pages are usefull in terms of knowledge rest is the biography of some random people and mostly big guys like bill gates and steve jobbs just buy atomic habit guys thankyou dont waste your money on this bullshit
