Visually stunning. Shots are composed masterfully and color tone is spot on.
If you have read the book I would not recommend this (or part 1) movie, if you have not read the book than see this 2 part movie.
As a fan of Frank Herbert's works this movie seems to miss the point and nuances of the book. There are no thoughtful themes, ideology, or politics explored in this movie. Most of the cast delivers stale performances and there seems to be no chemistry between Z and T.C so we don't even get a ok love story.
Good stuff includes set design, costume design, VFX, sound design (not the score), Florence Pugh, Josh Broiling and Oscar Issacs.
