The movie moves in a much slower pace. That can be understood. But the stronger second half will make the audience think cant it done this way/ why haven’t they done this ? Since audience are exposed to investigative genre before we question why not?? Viewers can interpret difference of opinion but the objective of film is to cater to general audience..

I watched vettaiyan the previous day after seeing the speech of rajni during the audio launch. I saw all possible red flags in his speech. He said that he asked the director to commercialise a script and add all the rajini elements to it.. damn! that was the main demise to this movie.. the film needed a gripping screenplay, and refined storytelling rather than unnecessary elevating scenes and slow motion as the matter of fact this film didn't need rajini at all!! Disappointed for the director!

This is an underrated gem. I definitely recommend watching from theatre. The film is only around One hour 45 min in duration, but the rush we feel in this film, is beyond words. The director has done a brilliant job in execution. The audience gets connected to the movie in such a way that we feel we are travelling along with the protagonist. I hope that this film gets the recognition and reach it deserves. I went without seeing any trailer , just after reading lensman review. Loved it

The success of a thriller film is its ability to engage the viewer in such a way that we don’t feel the flow of time. I watched this film the previous day and absolutely loved it. I loved the part where the director leaves the viewer to interpret why the last scene happened and my friends and me were talking all about it on the way back, and we figured it out!! Its not the best thriller there is, but its surely is a worth watch..

Some of the stunts scenes in the film are good.. Amy and Arun Vijay did so well in those parts Rest of the film is totalled with loopholes, illogical scenes and much more.. Masala films one should not expect a well explained storyline… but since the director wants to mix Jail break and wants to forcibly pierce protagonist righteousness, terrorism and dad daughter love in a single film, most of the scenes seemed forced, felt the director was trying to get the audience thrilled. But the scenes felt so dragged I was relieved that i had freedom to skip forward most parts!!

An interesting OTT watch!! If the watcher is interested on a movie that slowly builds on you, which has no change in location, no music or action scenes (more like 12th man on basis of premise) this will be an entertainer. I loved the family emotions this film portrayed. And also the interesting break it gave between each lies. The “lies” told by the characters and the outcomes are the core plot of this film. So the premise and entire film is the conversation among different individuals.If you are fast forwarder or a thriller fan it may be not for you.
