This TV show has haunted me for decades. I could remember the first part of the theme song, but not exactly. It made a great impression on me growing up, as important ethical lessons were part of this great show. It was so short lasting, and I have not known anyone else who remembers it according to my description. A great show, great human portrayals with moral dilemmas, yet real love and compassion-- though the family was poor during the depression era. Highly recommended!!!!!
