Rise Of Skywalker is a very good movie with tons of fanservice and memorable moments despite what critics say, both rey and kylo ren's characters develop and change in ways that surprise and excite you.
The end has you on the edge of your seat as you take in everything that is happening, Rise Of Skywalker is a thrilling end to the Star Wars Series ( for another 13 or 14 years at least ) and is not deserving of the hate it is getting.
