I am waiting for these 30 somethings to grow up. Everyone, but Whitney is stuck in a rut and when Whitney starts to grow as a person and in her career, they all have a fit about her and talk behind her back. She has enabled them to depend on her, and now it is biting her in the butt. Buddy has to stop relying on Whitney and get his act together. She didn't create his problems, he did. And Heather is just a whiner.
