This programme is good BUT it is all about finding the next PROFESSIONAL photographers.
What we need is more about the educational aspects of photography, e.g. Camera Settings, Composition, Photographic Techniques such as ICM, HDR, Long Exposure, etc.
AND, post-processing cannot be ignored as an important tool in the photographer's armoury.
We live in hope awaiting such a programme.....!!!
