This series really moved me. As America watched this disaster take place on our televisions , here’s a heart wrenching view told by the people that were there - actors portrayed the events and it was so moving. It is very sad that it played out the way it did and one can only hope that in the future cities like this - below sea level and in the path of hurricanes will have a better response plan to help victims. So sad.
