This game SUCKS. The story would've been really cool and I love the themes they tried here but damn they just force it down your throat, there's zero subtlety in the message they're trying to get across which is very un silent hill of them. The dialogue is horrendous, like I'm 90% sure no one who wrote this script has talked to a teenager once in their life. The setting is cool, very reminiscent of older silent hill titles while putting its own spin on things but it unfortunately can't save this one. 1st person camera was an interesting choice, I don't hate it but what I do hate is the god awful gameplay, it's a walking simulator with the occasional chase sequence THAT IS THE WORST IN GAMING. I'm not joking every single one of these things suck, you could have the exact pattern mapped out for how to get out of it and you can still get screwed because the enemy just spawns at random and you can't do anything lol. The live action segments were also a really weird addition, not horrible but idk why they would include them it makes it feel like a poorly written tv show. The whole thing could've been amazing if they cut out the bs chase sequences, and stopped giving the story and dialogue the subtlety of a bull in a china shop and just trust the fan base to figure it out on their own. The characters were "okay-ish" but it's so short you don't really care about any of them and the mc is so insufferable it's crazy. Got this for free and I still feel scammed
