I just got The Abascal Way TQI book so I ordered the cook book one. I am disappointed that it doesn't say anywhere in the posts about the cook book being the exact same book as the TQI book. Page for page exactly the same. I spent 16.02 for a book that was exactly the same as the one I had. I didn't need to buy the cook book one. I thought when I ordered it I was getting 2 different books, a diet Way and a cook book. Nope now I have one to many. I hope it's refundable. Kerry
