Season 3 is as good of an homage to TNG with some Voyager flair. The crew, the ship, the mission.... it's basically TNG but the old version. I laughed, I clapped, I cried, I love the new Worf... and Data. Picard is still a badass. F*** the Borg. Sorry but Odo is still cool in my book.
