This is a wonderful show ! It's funny because it's not dealing with actual situations. The actual medical situations are more difficult, it's not nearly as funny. But it's nice to kick back and laugh at silly situations. I am a retired nurse oh, so I'm familiar with hospital life. It's nice the show is not a smear on medical situations by pretending to be real! The acting is great, Patricia Heaton is great but I really enjoy the head nurse and his attitude.
