Cannot praise it too highly. Neither my parents nor I had any training or advice or practical knowledge regarding personal finances. Reading this book helped all three of us learn how to manage our money. We all acquired property once we began utilizing the advice in the book. We were all renters until my parents finally bought their home at 50 years of age. And it is such an easy read, even teenagers can benefit from it. I do confess I read annually for about five years to remind myself to stay on the correct path financially.
