The movie moved me no matter the reviews, for me, it felt good, a mix of emotions and a lot of lessons.
Though the word collateral beauty seemed misleading to some, however, the storyline was beautifully portrayed.
What I liked in the movie is they say
1. their child is no more, you can't fix your mind, it will be 'not Ok' bcoz, in reality, it will never be OK to just erase what life makes you go through but that doesn't mean you need to punish yourself so hard that you end up living miserably.
2. finding beauty in everything in life.
3. the powerful abstractions and the important lessons it teaches throughout the movie- Love, Time, Death.
4. Find your anchor of support during hard times and let it all out rather than closing yourself up from the world, from the people that matter.
