A fascinating story, as the characters are developed and unfold they grow on you. This story touches so many different aspects of our culture, feminism, unusual career paths, acceptance of people who think differently. I loved it and at the end could not put it down. I highly recommend it and if you read it you might even learn something about chemistry.

Very introspective and haunting story that somehow compels you to continue reading. This is beautifully written, words flow together, weaving a mosaic of language. It is very different from anything I have previously read, but the images were strong and emotional and no addition of dialogue could have enhanced the style. You will be mystified by the telling and either love it or dislike it, but if you love our language it will intrigue you. Good luck.
