I’ve watched this show a few times. Every time I watched an episode I see someone get arrested for resisting arrest or being “combative” with the officers. The problem is that the people were not under arrest and had not committed a crime until they were charged with resisting arrest. My point is that to resist arrest you have to be committing a crime that you are already getting arrested for. If you’re not being arrested for another crime other than resisting arrest then the police should not be bothering you in the first place and if you walk away from them then that is your right! This show just highlights how the police are the biggest gang in America and are exactly like Nazis. They can and will arrest you even if you have done nothing wrong and committed no crime. Especially if your a black male. I’m white but it’s pretty clear to me how some of the police officers treat African American Men. And it kills me that every time I see an arrest done under false pretenses then Dan Abrams chimes in and says how good the officers handled the situation! No Dan, they ESCALATED the situation then when the citizen stands up for their rights they are made out like a criminal! It makes me sick.
