Nancetta Liles

I love this show. These folks are fighting for their lives, and they need straight forward honesty to get their attention before it's too late. Sitting on my sofa, I cheer for their success and frequently cry over their challenges. That said, the assistant who calls them from the waiting room sure could use a little smile. She sounds annoyed when she calls their names and doesn't bother to even make eye contact with them!
