I rented this book for a course on health information exchange. Although it was a required text, I must admit, I don’t think I would have survived the class without this text, especially since I had no real experience with health information exchange. The real world examples were helpful, especially in explaining challenging concepts. Overall, I felt the text was easier to read, compared to many other textbooks I have read. I did quickly learn that this content was not really in my level of interest, but I am still grateful to have had a great resource in the book. The examples were relevant and really helped me with writing in the course.
