This might be the worst MMA game EA has put out yet I hate how I can wear an astronaut suit, tiger printed jackets and I'm simulating an MMA game? How I see it is a mockery to the sport, we should only wear Vale Tudo, Mauy Thai cuts, and Boxer shorts, and customize them since fighters do that IN REAL LIFE, this is a REAL LIFE simulation game based on REAL LIFE The takedowns in the game are so bad, you can’t use effective and aggressive wrestling in the game, they took away gruesome elbows and hammer fists from the top position and added these flimsy hooks Khabib with a 98 takedown rating and Conor with a 85 shoots the EXACT SAME.. like what the hell, it wasn’t like that in UFC 3 where you can see the difference in speed and distance Stamina is so fucking garbage.. Every match my opponent is throwing 5 piece combos every 5 seconds and at the end of the match will finish with 300 thrown strikes out 500 with SEAN O’MALLEY.. In UFC 3 stamina drained faster with every missed shot forcing you to be more competitive Ever since UFC 4 came out we had this garbage clinch system which isn’t even a system. My OPPONENT can just grab my head in single collar and I can’t barely do SHIT about it instead of slip and perfectly time a jab.. again in UFC 3 we could enter the clinch with different entries like double under, over under, single collar, THE PLUM and most importantly I can DENY every single clinch entry by pressing R2 and Up.. The most garbage system that EA ufc has ever put out is this new and unimproved submission system.. First in one press of a button my opponent can drain my stamina to ZERO.. why the fuck? Also why THE FUCK is there a BAR and why do I have to do 4 fully locked arm bars for me to actually get a sub? and another “why the fuck” is when im stuck in a submission IRL im not thinking oh let me fake here fake there im thinking “LET ME GET TF OUT OF HERE”. Over complicated something that was already fine. In UFC 3 you are breaking the walls to get out of the sub.. it was so simple and it made SENSE hell even UFC 4 sub system was tolerable Since ufc 4 They took away little detail when someone gets rocked the screen shakes because in real life when you get rocked your brain is rocked Overall this game is dogshit, took 3 years to make this game for it to be dogshit
