A huge disappointment after Icebreaker. As others have pointed out, Wildfire has no plot. But more importantly, Aurora is insufferable. The characters fall flat, a lot of the dialogue is just cringey, and there’s not a lot going on after chapter 5. There’s no real chemistry tying these characters together and most of it seems really immature. Even the 🔥 scenes are a major downgrade. Feels like this was rushed to print straight from Whatpad. It was hard to even finish.
