A simple little game for people to get into a real time strategy game for the first time.
Despite the price tag, there isn't much and the gameplay is repetitive even on the hardest Legendary Difficulty. And the game runs horrendously on some platforms, notably the Nintendo Switch when your character is just moving.
Sometimes during battles the frame rate can drop below the generally acceptable 30 FPS and that makes the game hard to play with that amount of lag eating inputs evens when offline.
Really the only thing keeping this game worthy of the surprising $40 is the monthly events which provide the only real challenges. Even still the game isn't worth the money if you're looking to get a real time strategy game. As a Minecraft spin-off, this is good.
But this not as much so as Minecraft Dungeons (Plus all the DLC which also equates to $40), which does give the amount of content one could expect from a game of the same price tag. And again, the game runs well on all platforms, especially the Nintendo Switch which is often compared to a Wii in terms of hardware capabilities.
