For over a decade (eleven solid years to be exact) I had eagerly anticipated the grand finale to the Zodiark and Hydaelyn saga-- and Yoshi P's team delivers it to us with phenomenal storytelling. The incredible game mechanics in the new dungeons, the superbly resonating soundtracks from Soken and the stunning visuals all merge together to solidify FFXIV's place as not only one of the greatest MMOs ever, but also one of the best of the Final Fantasy series. Absolutely brilliant.

Incredible game and I thoroughly enjoyed it during early release back in 2017-- I've played FFXIV since 1.0 and though this Stormblood was not as phenomenal as Shadowbringers and Heavensward, it still provided an excellent "filler" expansion that created a perfect prelude to Shjadowbringers while also delving more into the political machinations of the Garlean empire
