I absolutely loved it and I think the reason why most people give it a low score other than because they think the actress that plays Ariel deserves more is because i don’t think they get something. When the cartoon came out in the 1980s it had a huge audience and the color and culture background of the audience varied and most people didn’t see people who looked like them in the 1980s version. So for this live action to have so many people from different ethic backgrounds be in the movie has great power not only for the older generation but for the younger one as well. It lets them know that there’s people like them in any field they want to be in and that not be scared of doing something because people who look like you don’t do it. This movie has brought nothing but joy and comfort to the future and past generation. It was made with passion and a lot of thought and planning and hard work went in to it. Criticizing that they changed some stuff is okay but you can’t criticize unreasonable thing like as to why Ariel’s sister aren’t all white it’s a cartoon anything can happen and be changed it doesn’t really need to be explained. I’d like to thank Disney for this inclusive masterpiece that made it happen!
