Plate of Origin....does realty TV get any worse ? Anyone else sick of the false hyperbolic hype from so many of the remaining teams?.....This show seems premised on manic Ill ability to cook 3 courses in an afternoon. Sorry, but is there ONE cooking show that celebrates all of the nuances and subtleties of fine food rather than prioritising people’s greed and ego-centrism. Where has genuine regard for culinary art gone ? Remove the incentive of winning a “bounty” and focus on cuisine that artisans delight in creating. Remove bombastic over fed judges and let the viewing audience decide whether they want to cook chef favourite creations. Why do producers think that viewing audiences need 3 middle aged men telling them what the quality of the food is like, trust your audiences and remove the middle men. Gravely disappointing and extremely poor presented
