A Good movie plagued by routine garbage effect.
There are good things in the movie like Performance, BGM, and bold twists.
However, the routine garabage effect over shadows the better parts:
1. Cheated Audience : The movie has a lot of twists, but the story writers leave no clues and we feel sort of cheated as the story flips on its head. I love stories which flip, but I prefer that the stories have clues and the writers bring attention to them during the twists and confidently laugh at our faces. However, this one is a string of unforseen twists which sort cheat the audience.
2. Super hero : The protagonist has a team of experts, yet he is some how a bigger expert in all those fields
3. No character development : They sacrifice character development for commercial elements such as useless songs and pointless fights. The female is supposed to be smarter than seasoned cops cuz she says she's a "a criminology student?"
4. 95% of the movie, the protagonist is a criminal. However, they had to give him a forced humanitarian side and a pointless climax fight. For crying out loud, make the protagonist a anti hero like you meant to, for once.
5. Unwarranted love angle : The hero falls in love with the heroine for no reason.
Overall : this is not a bad movie, but the directors and story writers need to have the balls to make unconventional movies. You just can't take an unconventional plot and add commercial elements with the fear that it won't appeal to the mass audience. In doing so, you make the movie weird for all audience
