This bus line is the worst. I booked a 5:30 pm bus ticket and it is 6:15 and the bus driver is not here yet. There is no explanation for this delay. I then tried to call customer service to see what was going on and wasn’t even offered to speak to a representative. This is ridiculous.Never taking greyhound again.
