Similar to a Punisher, type storyline, except the mob or gangs aren't involved. It's the government vs a highly decorated navy seal. This show is non-stop action that messes with your decision making and emotions. On one hand the "good guy" is the bad guy, but the "bad guys" are technically very bad guys who manipulated the system to keep their hands clean. The "good guy" makes them pay for it with their lives.

Benchwarmers is a typical Sandler made movie. Full of silliness, occasional heartfelt moments, and complete nonsense. 3 "adults" playing full teams of 12/13 yr olds in baseball. Very attractive women attracted to total goofball guys seems to be a theme in sandler movies too. This is movie is no exception. Its fun, ts stupid, and there are some underlying sweetness as well.
