Disappointed by the reviews I have read, I personally enjoyed it, very far fetched I know but none the less it captived you wanting to know who the Watcher was. The whole cast were good , it was very dark at times but enjoyable viewing.

This is by far the Best Movie I have ever seen it's based on a true story as well about a young American man who decides to smuggle hashish into Turkey. Bad decision, obviously the story then is about his time in a brutal Turkish Prison. The chief guard took great enjoyment from beating the prisoner's particularly Rudy who tried to escape . Amazing performances from Sir John Hurt and Brad Davis. The scene where his girlfriend visits him was exceptional so much emotion. When he escaped you felt as if you had also that's how well done this movie is .
