I don't know if the people who are giving this show 5 star reviews are bots or cannot comprehend how bad the plot and writing is as a show. If Halo was never an existing franchise this show wouldn't even get a pilot episode. For the people telling the "fanboys" to get over all the changes they made, are you dumb? The only people that wanted this show in the first place were the ones who grew up with the games and who've read the books. The fact that the show writers didn't stick to the source material isn't even a concern for majority of the fans, it's the fact that they completed turned Halo into something it's not terrible writing and trying to cater to everyone that is not a fan. There isn't a single character in this show that remotely resembles the characters from the games or books and I'm not talking about their appearance. It truly is a disgrace to the franchise.
