I have never seen a movie try so hard to win the Oscar best picture category. Hollywood loves movies about themselves so that gives it a chance to win the Oscar for Best Picture. Otherwise, it's mediocre acting and a never ending end, similar to the endings of AI. The final scene of the movie is by far the best. If you haven't seen who plays John Ford enjoy the special treat.
