Iris Romero

A beautifully made film. I feel the negative reviews come from viewers who expect easily explained and predictable films. This film is deeper than the average person wants to look into. The acting was spectacular, and I for one, loved being surprised by the turn of events. I also feel the need to mention that Simon Helberg did an amazing job in his role. If you appreciate art, tragic, dark and different art, this film is for you. I watched it twice on it’s opening weekend and cried. Also there is a meaning behind Annette’s transformation. All in all I am being a bit vague as I don’t want to give spoilers to the people who will genuinely appreciate the film.
