Absolutely love Harlan Coben’s books & series. However the production of Shelter is terrible, the acting is embarrassing & some of the scenes are so “Hollywood unbelievable” that I cringed. I didn’t even make it to the end of the series! When Mikey evaded 3 gunmen in hand cuffs at point blank, swam into the ocean in the dark (hands tied) & was found on the shore the next day with his IPhone, which must of swam ashore on its own, as it was 15 feet from him lol, I couldn’t stay watching! This was after similar scenes which were just cringe! Harlan Coben’s books do not fit the cringe Hollywood American production! #justmyopinion of course!
