While the 1992 series illuminated the system's loopholes, in the 2003 scam web series, the director shifts focus to how a man from a village engages in the illegal business of stamp paper while cleverly maneuvering within the confines of the legal system. The direction and dialogue delivery in this web series are truly superb.
