This movie was absolute trash. Extremely disappointed in the storyline. The visual production was amazing and I felt like the bad guy and plot were engaging enough but this is far from the Guardians movies we know and love. It’s like the writers of Saw got together with Disney and said how can we produce a movie about animals getting tortured and killed, but sell it to children? I know! Let’s produce it as a Guardians film! We will throw an upbeat soundtrack on top of all the sorrow and death to make it seem like it’s a fun lighthearted movie. Hands down worst marvel film. Took a lot for me to not walk out of the theater. Will not be watching it again. The first two will continue in regular rotation because they are actually good, fun films.
