Very disappointed. When the movie started I thought I was in the wrong cinema but no it was just a bad start to a very mediocre movie. I love Agatha Christie and Hercule Poirot but this movie disrespected both. I understand that you want to change things and put your stamp on it but too many changes are very bad. I don't know how many times I said to myself - "but this is wrong". And I don't remember the last time I sat in a movie glancing at my watch hoping for a movie to end. Their were some very talented people in the movie but their talent was wasted on this. The Poirot I know and love was gone. The political edge was unnecessary and the over the top romance ridiculous. Some of the plot was contradictory in the time it was set. Just very disappointed. So glad this was a free ticket.
