I'm not sure if the author even understands what he's written at times...not sure it's been proofread, in one part it's actually printed the opposite of the point he's making...scattered. How ironic. A book about mental immunity written by someone with a little too much going on inside his grey matter

Some great information but swamped with unfunny American Dad joke type metaphors and analogies making it difficult to find the shinola through the bullsh**. If he spent as much energy clarifying as he does desperately trying to be funny, it would be a winner...rather cloudy
