I talked my husband into trying out Fargo on the basis of Chris Rock starring in the show alone. We saw the movie many years ago but didn't remember anything about it, which ended up not mattering. We also hadn't seen any of the previous seasons, which ended up not mattering as well. We became hooked very quickly and looked forward to every episode. All of the actors were excellent and very believable, including Chris Rock, who, of course, is one of our favorite comedians. The season took many twists and turns, which drove me nuts in a good way. I actually became sympathetic to some gangsters (okay, actors playing gangsters) but was reminded that a life of crime most often leads a person into one of two places: dead or in prison. This season of Fargo, while very violent, was also engaging and fun. I think we'll continue watching.
