I am curious as to what transpires after a family, packs up their lives and moves on. If said location is considered bad enough to create the necessity to move, what then becomes of that property? Is it simply sold to another unsuspecting family to relive the nightmares? If the place has a "portal" is that then closed off? If not, why? Are the findings included in the sale of the property as part of full disclosure?
