Luiza, wow. 10/10 customer service. I’ve never received customer service like it. We thought we were booked in for Saturday night, turns out we were booked for the Friday. Luiza did everything in her power to get us in for the show that night. She managed to get us really good seats on the 9.30pm show as opposed to 7pm. Not only did she get us amazing seats on short notice, she kept checking on us throughout the show to make sure we had everything we needed. This girl is an absolute GEM!!!!
