Everything that made the animated classic spectacular was removed and replaced with the most unforgettable characters. It no longer captures a child's attention, because it could barely keep an adults. It was 2 hours and $29.99 of over anticipated "nothingness", if you compare it to the original. I'm not even going to make mention to the Phoenix. I'm going to watch the animated version all weekend, so i can wash away the memory of the remake.
