Miscast, terrible storytelling, terrible rearrangement, terrible acts. No wonder the original creators (DiMartino and Konietzko) left this project.
ATLA lost their major interest. Iroh lost his charismatic, Sokka lost his fun, Katara lost her motherhood, Azula lost her evilness.
Maybe, the presentation of Zhao and Gyatso are the only things that are perfect.
If somehow Netflix want to continue this project, please make it better. Or just leave it.
