1. Don’t Understand- I was so happy to hear so raw post loved it immediately 2. Something real- switched it up next with some over produced track but has grown on me a lot and it’s beautiful 3. Chemical- Catchy classic post malone i’m looking for more things that stick out and just doesn’t stick out that much maybe too short i don’t know 4. Novacandy- I hated at first was very disappointed but then i listened back for the lyrics and fell in love. very deep and reflective 5. Mourning- enjoyable summer vibe that’s it. 6. Too cool to die- Very intresting 80s Posty?? Has grown on me and isn’t forgotten. I enjoy this one it’s fun maybe a little cringey but oh well. 7. Sign me up- The rock-esk production is kind of confusing with posty I wish we had a better beat with the track sounds like a free simple guitar and drums off the internet but very catchy and fun. take it as you like. 8. Socialite- Hated socialite in the beginning I don’t know why. But again another listen and then i began to enjoy it gotta love the raunchy posty lines “f*** in the back seat of a hyundai…” as a BB&B lover I will eat these hollow goofy lyrics up. then some very deep lyrics bring me back. feels a little messy with the intent of the song and the beeping sound sounds like euthanasia or am i crazy??? 9. Overdrive- can’t get it out of my head 10. Speedometer- hated it at first “push my push my push my…” like cmon post. but the man knows how to make a good song and i enjoy it. i’m torn about this one take it as you wish 11. Hold my breathe- beautiful. raw. passionate. 12. Enough is enough- Sounds like imagine dragons, I don’t know if you fit here posty. I’ll let this one slide because it’s catchy 13. Texas tea- YES. my favorite. giving me insane and over now vibes. love a bada** post 14. Buyer beware- Again the rock beat sounds a little to shallow and easy to make Id like a little more effort. probably my least fav 15. Landmine- convinced with was meant to be on stoney in 2016. love it love it love it. tell me this song isn’t stoney vibes??? 16. Green thumb- beautiful story telling absolutely genius one of his best creations wonderful pacing and structure of the song. nice to sing along to and get in your bag with post. 17. Laugh it off- as an album closer it’s not the strongest only because i want a more thought out closer. green thumb should’ve been it. BUT the song is lovely and his vocals are great. AGAIN the rock beats are too simple and this alternative pop rock isn’t feeling to great with me. I won’t skip the song and will definitely listen to it. I like the song, I’m just being very picky here with post malone as he experiments in other directions. Overall, I like this album more so than TCT it’s up there with HB but i’m sorry it doesn’t come even close to giving stoney or BB&B a run for their money. The package as a whole is a very well thought out album and carry’s a very reflective honest vibe that i appreciate. We get to hear posty real voice not produce and altered as much as it was in his echoey dreamy TCT. Also no features!!!! I love this move for post he’s letting the fans know this work is his nobody else all his messages are him at heart and that’s it. This is much more raw and I appreciate that. 8/10
