Were a family of 4, My mom, my 17 y/o sister, my wife and I. All of us had Florida ID except my mom that left it in the car. They made us walk back to the car and wasted almost an hour just to show that she was a Florida resident. I get there are rules, but nevertheless, There should be also common sense. Despite many other documents that showed she was a Florida resident, they showed no empathy. Too sad to know that even in the happiest place on earth you find rude people that don’t care, and justify behind the “these are the rules” expression. There are many things that require a rule, but human being don’t always follow rules 100% of the time. No more comments, let me try to regain my joy. Never mind, they just made me pay extra because when she got the Florida ID had expired. Literally, beyond non sense. It was more difficult to try to make it through the US embassy without a green card than my mom to Disney even with ID card.
