I laughed out loud literally 5:25 in. You'll know why when you see it. The gun handling by the first paramilitary contacted by the heroine is so bad that he literally drops his pistol at her feet as he tries to arrest her. This militia doesn't seem to have a mission. They arrest a handful of non combatants and shoot the rest, or set them on fire. They run around aimlessly seemingly wanting to kill as many people for no reason. Lots of automatic gunfire to take down a few people. Wasting hundreds of bullets for a couple kills doesn't seem sustainable.
