Tremendous improvement. It FINALLY feels and plays like it shoul have from the start. The npcs are pretty interesting and I'm glad there are even perk-based dialogue options.
I'm about 3 hours in and I like the main quest so far...
The graphics update is also pretty significant...it surprised me when I first logged in.
