I WAS IN HIGHSCHOOL DURRING THIS TRIAL. I CAN TELL YOU MY DAD TOOK THAT CASE BECAUSE HE WAS APPOINTED. THROUGH HIS LIFE HE TOOK MANY CASES AND FOUGHT FOR THEIR RIGHTS NOT ALWSYS BECAUSE THEY WERE INOCENT. HE SUFFERED THRU THIS CASE NOT FOR Miranda but for the abuse of the law. I can tell you he never dismissed the victum it was the law he was defending. No one bothered to get to get is how he felt about this young girl
