Outer Banks has become more frustrating with each season. The concept is solid with adventure, treasure hunts, and suspense, but the acting and writing are holding it back. The characters often repeat what they’re doing in each scene, making it feel forced and unrealistic. The actions of the characters don’t make sense, and it’s hard to stay invested when the show feels more like a reality drama show then what it’s actually supposed to be. Netflix needs to step up its game by keeping the concept but improving the writing and acting.
