Corey Morris

I gave this three stars just for the mere fact that the last 5 mins was nicely done. In my opinion I understand that Michael is nearly 70 years old and understandably that he is probably slowing down but they should have focused on that storyline. That the more happy and content Laurie got the more Michael deteriorated instead of breathing life into the Corey character. Had they focused on the connection between a Michael and Laurie and how as she gained strength and happiness that she was finally able to defeat the monster that would have been worth the watch. Thank you for creating a character with my name but sad that this story line has my name sake in it. Focus on what began the legend of Halloween (Michael and Laurie) and make that what ends it as well instead of creating this bogus sideline story. If this wasn’t a Halloween movie then the story would have been interesting and even somewhat intriguing but the fact that this was the end all of a legacy it should have stuck with the closing of the original characters and not a sub par sideline. But the ending did bring closure and was riveting it just took too long to get there and too many un needed focus on Corey and Laurie’s grand daughter. Sad way to end a dynasty!
